Northeast Passage Wildcats Win Legacy Tournament Championship Sunday, March 08, 2015 |
Our Northeast Passage Wildcats were undefeated in four games of the Legacy Sled Hockey Classic at The Rinks at Exeter, Exeter, NH, March 6-8, 2015. The progress our team has made in the last eight years is impressive. Hats off to NEP, UNH, our coaches, our players, the Northeast Sled Hockey League and USA Hockey. I love being a coach and player on this great team of individuals. Good luck to four of our guys (Griffin LaMarre, Craig Brady, David Eustace and Kyle Zych) as they head to Calgary with the US Development Team for competition with Canada.

One Month to USA's First Game at Sochi! Chace is a "Name to Know." Saturday, February 08, 2014 |
Taylor Chace is among the 14 "names to know" at the 2014 Sochi Paralympic Games according to the International Paralympic Committee. He is in good company. His teammates, Steve Cash and Josh Pauls are "names to know" as well. Not coincidentally Paralympic skiier, Tyler Walker, made the list, a former UNH graduate and skier who gained great support from Northeast Passage at UNH where Chace now coaches and trains athletes with disabilities. Chace and the US Team play Italy in the opener on March 8 at 4:30pm Sochi time.

Unfortunately we got behind from the start and when Josh put one for the US it was too little too late. Our ultimate goal is still Sochi and we just have to keep moving forward to get better each day on and off the ice.
